Q: Can we ride our atv or SxS to the Hatfield McCoy Trails or Outlaw trails? A: Yes you can, we are less than 5 minutes to either trail system. Q: How many people will your house sleep? A: It will sleep 8 people comfortably. Q: How many bedrooms does your house have? A: Our house has 4 newly renovated bedrooms with flat panel TVs, luggage racks and linens provided. 3 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 bedroom has a full bed. Q: How many bathrooms does the house have? A: It has 2 fully renovated bathrooms with new linens. Q: Do you provide linens? A: Yes, all linens are included. Q: Is there a full kitchen? A: Yes, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need!  (full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, dinner/drinkware, cookware, utensils). Q: Does the house have a washer and dryer? A: Yes, brand new washer and dryer. Q: Do you offer free wifi? A: Yes, wifi is provided. Q: What are check in/ check out times? A: Check in is 3:00 pm. The door code will be included in your check in email. Please give us a call if you need additional assistance…otherwise, enjoy your stay! Check out time is 10:00 am Q: Is there a place to buy gas and groceries? A: Less than 5 minutes away you can buy gas and groceries and you can ride your SxS/ATV’s there. Q: Do you allow pets? A. Unfortunately, no. We know you love them, and so do we, but they need to stay at home. Q: Do you have fire pits? A: Yes, and wood is provided. Q: Do you have grills? A: Yes, gas and charcoal grills are provided. Q: Is there an outside area to hang out? A: Yes, we have an outdoor seating area with swings and tables if you want to enjoy a meal outside or just hang out. Q: Do you have room for trailers to park? A: Yes, there is plenty of room for virtually any size trailer. The area is well lit with security cameras. Q: Does the house have a place to wash ATVS? A: Yes, a pressure washer is provided. Q: Do you take credit cards? A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
